Kingston Lacy - Out of House walks
Kingston Lacy are running an additional programme of walks to the Guided Walks detailed below. They are an opportunity to experience the park and estate, including areas not usually accessible, at a tranquil time before normal property opening times. They will be gentle strolls of about 3 miles, starting from the main KL car park. They are free walks - donations welcome - and open to non National Trust members. Sorry, no dogs allowed.
9.30am from main KL car park - Third Monday of each month. There will be no walk in April.

Friday 1 March 2019 - Meet 10am at Pamphill Green car park near St Stephen’s Church
(OS Explorer 118 ST 990008)
Pamphill and River Stour walk - Distance 3 miles - Approx 2 hours.
Walk through the fascinating unspoilt area of Pamphill and Cowgrove and along the Stour.
Should be good for bluebells.
Friday 5 April 2019 - Meet 10am at White Sheet car park (OS Explorer 118 & OL22 SU 048037)
Holt Heath North walk - Distance 4.5 miles - Approx 2.5 hours.
This walk is on ancient Holt Heath, one of Dorset’s largest areas of unspoilt lowland heathland.
Friday 3 May 2019 - Meet 1.30pm at Pamphill Green car park (OS Explorer 118 ST 990008)
Pamphill and Cowgrove walk - Distance 2.7 miles - Approx 2.5 hours.
Our second walk through the beautiful unspoilt areas of pamphill and cowgrove.
